Role Summary We are seeking a confident, well-spoken, and professional Business development associate who will be responsible for outbound calling, client follow-ups, and occasional field visits for client meetings and lead generation. The ideal candidate will come with experience in client-facing roles, preferably in service sectors like banking, insurance, IT services, or software companies. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients to pitch services and schedule meetings. Follow up on incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Maintain a database of calls and interactions in CRM/spreadsheets. Visit potential clients for presentations, documentation, and onboarding support. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication. Share daily call/visit reports with the reporting manager.
